Ping lebt davon, dass Menschen echte Orte und Momente teilen. Damit das für alle sicher und angenehm bleibt, gelten diese Regeln.
✅ Das wünschen wir uns
- Echte Pings: Setz Pings nur dort, wo wirklich gerade etwas los ist, und beschreibe sie ehrlich.
- Respekt: Behandle andere so, wie du selbst behandelt werden möchtest, auch im Chat.
- Privatsphäre achten: Teile keine Adressen, Fotos oder Daten anderer ohne deren Einverständnis.
- Vorsicht bei Treffen: Triff dich mit neuen Leuten an öffentlichen Orten und sag Freunden Bescheid, wo du bist.
🚫 Das ist nicht erlaubt
- Hassrede, Diskriminierung, Beleidigungen und Mobbing,
- Belästigung, Drohungen, Stalking oder das Verfolgen anderer über ihren Standort,
- Nacktheit, sexuelle Inhalte und jede Sexualisierung von Minderjährigen,
- Gewaltverherrlichung, Aufrufe zu Straftaten oder gefährlichen Aktionen,
- Fake-Pings und Lockvogel-Events, die Menschen an einen Ort locken sollen,
- Verkauf von Drogen, Waffen oder anderen illegalen Waren,
- Spam, Kettenbriefe, Werbung ohne Erlaubnis, Fake- und Zweitaccounts,
- falsche Meldungen, um anderen zu schaden.
Was bei Verstößen passiert
Unser Moderationsteam prüft jede Meldung von Hand. Je nach Schwere entfernen wir Inhalte, sperren Accounts für 24 Stunden, 7 Tage oder 30 Tage oder sperren sie dauerhaft. Gesperrte Nutzer können keine Pings, Nachrichten oder Follows erstellen, und ihre Pings sind für andere unsichtbar. Bei Straftaten informieren wir die Behörden.
Melden und Blockieren
Du siehst etwas, das gegen diese Regeln verstößt? Melde den Ping oder das Profil direkt in der App. Mit „Blockieren und melden“ kann die Person dich außerdem nicht mehr kontaktieren. Fragen zu einer Entscheidung beantworten wir unter developer@kyrexstudio.org.
Ping thrives on people sharing real places and moments. To keep it safe and enjoyable for everyone, these rules apply.
✅ What we want to see
- Real pings: only place pings where something is really happening and describe them honestly.
- Respect: treat others the way you want to be treated, in chat too.
- Respect privacy: don't share other people's addresses, photos or data without their consent.
- Be careful when meeting: meet new people in public places and tell friends where you are.
🚫 What's not allowed
- hate speech, discrimination, insults and bullying,
- harassment, threats, stalking or tracking others through their location,
- nudity, sexual content and any sexualization of minors,
- glorifying violence, calls for crimes or dangerous actions,
- fake pings and decoy events meant to lure people to a place,
- selling drugs, weapons or other illegal goods,
- spam, chain messages, unauthorized advertising, fake and duplicate accounts,
- false reports meant to harm others.
What happens in case of violations
Our moderation team reviews every report by hand. Depending on severity, we remove content, suspend accounts for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, or suspend them permanently. Suspended users cannot create pings, messages or follows, and their pings are hidden from others. In case of criminal offenses we inform the authorities.
Reporting and blocking
See something that breaks these rules? Report the ping or profile directly in the app. With "Block and report", the person also can no longer contact you. We answer questions about a decision at developer@kyrexstudio.org.
