Kyrex Studio duldet auf Ping keinerlei Form von sexuellem Missbrauch oder sexueller Ausbeutung von Kindern (CSAE), einschließlich Darstellungen sexuellen Kindesmissbrauchs (CSAM). Diese Seite beschreibt unsere Standards und wie wir sie durchsetzen.

Unsere Standards

Mindestalter 16: Ping ist nicht für Kinder bestimmt. Bei der Registrierung muss ein Geburtsdatum angegeben werden. Konten unter 16 Jahren lehnt bereits unser Server ab.
Null Toleranz: Inhalte, die Minderjährige sexualisieren, gefährden oder ausbeuten, sowie jede Kontaktanbahnung zu Minderjährigen mit sexueller Absicht (Grooming) sind verboten.
Sofortige Konsequenzen: Bei Verstößen entfernen wir die Inhalte und sperren das Konto dauerhaft.
Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden: Hinweise auf CSAM melden wir an die zuständigen Strafverfolgungsbehörden und arbeiten mit ihnen zusammen. Wir halten uns an alle geltenden Gesetze zum Schutz von Kindern.

So meldest du Verstöße

In der App: Über „Melden“ an jedem Ping und über „Blockieren und melden“ im Profil oder Chat. Jede Meldung prüft unser Moderationsteam.
Per E-Mail: an developer@kyrexstudio.org mit dem Betreff „Kinderschutz“. Solche Meldungen behandeln wir vorrangig.
Bei akuter Gefahr: wende dich sofort an die Polizei (110). Darstellungen von Kindesmissbrauch im Internet kannst du außerdem bei jugendschutz.net oder der Internet-Beschwerdestelle melden.

Kyrex Studio has zero tolerance on Ping for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes our standards and how we enforce them.

Our standards

Minimum age 16: Ping is not intended for children. A date of birth is required at sign-up. Our server rejects accounts of users under 16.
Zero tolerance: content that sexualizes, endangers or exploits minors, and any approach to minors with sexual intent (grooming), is prohibited.
Immediate consequences: in case of violations we remove the content and permanently suspend the account.
Cooperation with authorities: we report indications of CSAM to the competent law enforcement authorities and cooperate with them. We comply with all applicable child safety laws.

How to report violations

In the app: via "Report" on any ping and via "Block and report" on a profile or in a chat. Our moderation team reviews every report.
By email: to developer@kyrexstudio.org with the subject "Child safety". We handle such reports with priority.
In case of acute danger: contact the police or emergency services immediately. You can also report child sexual abuse material online to the hotline in your country, for example via INHOPE or NCMEC CyberTipline (USA).
